The Linden Street corridor is a key east-west connection between Bangor Bypass and Princes Highway. It is used by around 6,000 motorists and 500 bus passengers an hour in peak periods and is crucial to keeping people moving around Sutherland Shire and the Southern District.
CrossleyTP partnered with George Stanley Economists to develop a combined Strategic and Final business case for the upgrade of Linden Street. The proposed upgrades aim to ease congestion and improve road safety along the corridor. As part of the business case, our team delivered a Multi-Criteria Analysis, Project Management Plans, Options Report and PowerPoint presentation for Gate 2 Assurance review in collaboration with Easing Sydney’s Congestion program management office.
CrossleyTP’s work on the Linden Street business case showcases the firm’s multidisciplinary expertise across planning, strategy, economics, and business case development.
